Where Kairo fits, and where it honestly does not.
There are three broad shapes of tool in this market. They solve genuinely different problems, and the fastest way to be disappointed by any of them is to buy the wrong shape. Here is the honest map.
Ad-side ABM measurement
Kairo sits here. Start from a named list, measure whether your paid programme reached it, score the accounts that engaged, attribute what opened afterwards. Best when LinkedIn is your main account-reach channel.
Website de-anonymisation
Identifies companies visiting your site. Genuinely useful, and a different job: it tells you who arrived, not whether your programme reached the list you chose. Many teams run one of each.
Full-stack ABM suites
Orchestration, ad serving, sales plays and measurement in one contract. The right answer for a large team with a dedicated ABM function and the budget to match. Overkill for most teams under 200 people.
Kairo against the two adjacent categories
Category-level generalisations, not a claim about any specific vendor. Products change; check the current documentation before you decide.

Four situations where Kairo is the wrong purchase
Your list is under about 50 accounts
At that size a spreadsheet and a weekly conversation with your AEs genuinely works. Buy software when the manual version has started producing numbers people distrust.
You are not running paid at all
Kairo measures a paid account-reach programme. With no ad spend there is nothing for the account graph to be built from, and you want a website-identification tool instead.
You need the ads served for you
Kairo measures and scores; it does not buy media or serve creative. If you want one vendor to do both, you want a full-stack suite and should budget accordingly.
Your sales team will not act on the output
The honest failure mode. If nobody owns following up on an account that enters In market, better measurement produces a better-documented flat quarter.
