1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the Kairo application, website and APIs, operated by Abron Technologies Private Limited (“Abron Technologies”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload, for the lawful basis on which you process it, and for the security of your credentials and API keys. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Kairo to identify individuals for purposes they have not consented to, to circumvent an advertising platform's terms, to resell raw platform data, or to attempt to derive the personal details of individual website visitors.

4. Our commitments

We will make the service available on a commercially reasonable basis, notify you of material changes to sub-processors 30 days in advance, and not use your workspace data to train models or to build products for other customers.

5. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overages on target-account limits are notified by email before any charge is applied. Annual plans are not pro-rated on cancellation; monthly plans stop at the end of the current period.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete workspace data, including derived records, within 30 days and confirm in writing on request.

7. Liability

Kairo is a measurement and reporting tool. Commercial decisions made using its output are yours. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

8. Changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms by email to workspace administrators.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. Notices should be sent to Abron Technologies Private Limited at 2nd Floor, Samson & Sons Building, TKD Road, Muttada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695025, India, or by email to hello@kairoabm.com.
