What we collect
- Account data. Names, work email addresses and workspace settings for the people who use Kairo.
- Customer data. Target lists, CRM records and advertising delivery data you connect or upload. You are the controller; we are the processor.
- Usage data. Product telemetry used to keep the service working and to decide what to build next.
How we use it
To provide the service, to support you, to bill you, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data, we do not use customer data to train models, and we do not pool customer data across workspaces.
Advertising platform data
Kairo reads aggregated and account-level delivery data from the advertising platforms you connect, under the permissions you grant. We do not attempt to identify individual people beyond the engagement information those platforms report about your own campaigns, and we do not de-anonymise website visitors.
Where data lives
You choose EU or US residency when the workspace is created. Sub-processors are listed publicly and changes are notified 30 days in advance.
Retention and deletion
Customer data is retained while the workspace is active. On deletion, raw and derived records are removed within 30 days and confirmation is issued on request.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, exercisable by writing to security@kairoabm.com, or by post to Abron Technologies Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Samson & Sons Building, TKD Road, Muttada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695025, India. Where we act as processor, we will pass requests to the relevant controller.
